Hey folks! I've been absent from DA, only because i havn't pulled our any new portraits or stuff (been working with my own designs and characters).

Hi, my name is Alan Stain and im seventeen. I have always been passionate about arts, specially movies. I first started to take drawing seriously when i was ten, and since then, i haven't stopped sculpting my skills on my favorite field: Comic Books.
All started when we bought an Andrew Loomis book: "Figure Drawing For All Its Worth" . Together with my brothers we started to study the fundamentals of drawing.
But it wasn't until i bought a Batman Hush issue when i actually saw where to apply our new evolving skills. After that, i have been training with studies of their Comics. Making Portraits, practicing Inking techniques, and more recently, Computer Coloring. I feel very excited about finding this Site where i can share my journey with others, until i finally nail my very own style.

Special thnx to the Wildstorm team: Jim Lee, Scott Williams and Mr Sinclair, for being such a perfect example and reference to me for all this years.

Hey there! I'm always up for some advice from a fellow artist! Your work is great! I am seriously incapable when it comes to drawing or painting people; animals are my thing. I have a bunch of other stuff that I haven't posted for lack of a scanner, but I would love your opinions and critiques once they are up! I'm Amanda by the way. :)
